Hold Music
Callers to your TelePray conference line will hear hold music prior to the start of the conference, or when the conference is inactive due to the conference settings. For example, you can essentially place your conference “on hold” by switching to “Hosts Only” conference mode by press the *44 Host Keypad Command.
You can change the hold music in the Settings page. In addition to the Default music, there are eight optional selections to choose from, by clicking on the selection box. There is a Preview button to sample each of the options. If you wish to disable hold music, select the “No Music” option. Any participant can turn off hold music by pressing ** on their keypad.
Upload Your Own Hold Music or Voice Recording
You can upload your own hold music or voice recording from your device by clicking on the Upload Music On Hold button. Most common audio formats are supported (mp3, m4a, etc.), but video formats are not allowed. Hold music has a five-minute duration limit (the song will repeat indefinitely), so any file longer than five minutes will be automatically truncated. In the Upload box, you have an option to type a description for your file. If you do not do so, the file name will be displayed.
Save your changes
