Caller List
The Caller List contains a list of phone numbers with associated names, with optional settings to automatically designated them as Hosts or blocking them from joining your conferences. The Caller List can also be used to control participation in your conferences. To restrict participation to the listed numbers, choose “Only allow participants in Caller List” for Participant Access in your Settings.
You can direct add callers on this page, or you can add entries to this list by clicking on the Name displayed in the Live Conference Manager or in the Caller Details page in History & Recordings.
You can update the name and caller settings by clicking on the Edit button . You do not need to format the Number (you could type 4432285155 or 443-228-5155). By checking the “Join as Host" box, that caller does not need to enter the Host PIN to be designated as a host. (They will hear “You are a host” when joining the conference.)
Checking the “Join on Hold” box will cause that caller join the conference on hold, so they will not hear any conversation or be able to speak in the conference until they are taken off hold via the Live Conference Manager. Click on their Caller ID number in the live caller list, then choose “Take Off Hold”.
