The Basics

Dial-in phone number with no access code.
We'll assign you a standard U.S. telephone number from our inventory, and configure it to connect directly into your conference calls without prompting callers to enter an access code. Your dial-in number can be dialed from anywhere in the world – callers will pay their own long distance charges (if applicable), but no per-minute mobile surcharges will apply. You will be assigned a Host PIN (you can pick the code yourself), which you use to log into your account and designate yourself as a host for your conference.
Allows 1,500 participants, available 24x7.
You can have up to 1,500 callers in your conference call at the same time, and your conferences can last up to 24 hours. (We can even enable continuous 24x7 operation, upon request.) No reservations or scheduling is required, and you can host as many conference calls as you need – all day, every day!
Web dashboard to manage settings and live conferences.
Fully manage your account online using your computer, tablet or smartphone. Change greeting and music, modify settings, manage live conferences, access past recordings, upload audio files and download activity. Everything you need to customize your prayer line, track activity, and ensure a great experience for your prayer line participants.

Personalize Your Line

Choose a pre-recorded greeting or create your own.
Choose from among a set of pre-recorded welcome greetings, or create your own personalized greeting. We don't promote ourselves to your callers – you have complete control over your prayer line greeting. Use our audio recorder or text-to-audio tool to create your own personalized greeting, or upload your own recorded greeting.
Choose or uphold hold music or hold message.
You can choose from several selections for your on-hold music or upload your own audio file. In lieu of hold music, you can upload a recorded message that your listeners can enjoy when there is no conference in progress.
Register to automatically join as the host.
You can register your phone number to automatically join your prayer as a conference host, which gives you access to keypad commands to control the conference, and allows you to speak when others are automatically muted. You can add multiple phone numbers so that others can act as guest hosts on your prayer line, without having to share your private Host PIN.

Manage Live Conference

Identify and mute callers using web dashboard.
The Live Conference Manager in your account dashboard displays the Caller ID and Name for each participant in the conference, allowing you to mute specific participants. While we purchase and display Caller ID Name from the phone companies, sometimes it is not available, especially with mobile callers. However, you can use the dashboard to assign or modify the name associated with any Caller ID phone number, so that you will recognize them on future calls and have accurate name information in your email reports.
Keypad commands to manage conference.
You can use your keypad to change conference modes (these control whether non-hosts are muted, and whether they can un-mute themselves), toggle recording on and off, lock the conference, selectively un-mute callers in a Q&A session, control breakout rooms, and other live conference settings.
Play music or recordings into live conference.
You can use the Account Dashboard to upload music and recorded messages, and play them into live conferences. You can manage your audio library in the dashboard, giving you easy to music for your worship services.
Configurable entry and exit alerts.
You can play audible alerts when callers join or leave your conferences, or play the recorded caller name when they arrive or depart. For larger prayer calls, you can turn off these alerts, so they don't disrupt your prayers and sermons. You can adjust the default setting for these alerts, as well as change the settings during a live conference using the dashboard or host keypad commands.
Record the conference.
You can automatically record all your prayer calls by default, or toggle recording on and off during your conferences, so that only the relevant portions are available for playback. There is no limit on the number of recordings you can make, which remain accessible for at three years. These recordings can be downloaded for permanent storage, played through your browser, or made available using our Dial-in Recording Playback service. You can even broadcast prior conference recordings into live conferences.
“Raise Hand” feature to allow participation.
Having dozens of open lines during a conference call can create chaos and introduce background noise or echo, impairing your prayer calls. You can configure your prayer line so that non-hosts are automatically muted, and use our Raise Your Hand feature to effectively manage audience participation. Just ask your guests to press star-five (*5) on their phone to “raise their hand” if they would like to speak. You can then use the Live Conference dashboard or a host keypad command to un-mute them in order, one at a time.
Breakout rooms for private discussions.
You can move participants into breakout rooms using the Live Conference dashboard, or they can move themselves using a keypad command. Breakout rooms allow private one-on-one or small group conversations, while the main conference remains in-progress. Many of our customers use this feature to collect prayer requests or contributions, in combination with our “Raise Your Hand” feature. (You ask callers to press *5 if they would like to make a private request, then move yourself along with a Raised-Hand participant into a breakout room using the dashboard.)

Control Participation

Option to require host to start conference.
Conferences start automatically when the first two callers arrive, unless you modify the Conference Start setting to require the presence of a conference host to begin the conference. Callers hear customizable hold music before the host arrives. This setting prevents others from using your prayer line without your participation.
Automatically mute non-hosts.
You can configure your prayer line so that only hosts can speak, to minimize background noise and prevent disruptions. (You can have as many hosts as you need. To become a host, you either designate your phone number to automatically join as a host, or enter your Host PIN when you arrive in the conference.)
Restrict participation to specific callers.
Your prayer line includes a Caller List where you can save Caller ID phone numbers. This list is normally used to apply names to phone numbers, designate automatic host phone numbers, or block specific callers. However, you can also use the Caller List as a “whitelist” to limit participation to only those pre-listed phone numbers.
Block unknown or disruptive callers.
You can block anonymous callers, requiring them to unblock their Caller ID in order to join your prayer line. You can also drop disruptive participants from a live conference using the Live Conference Manager and block them from re-joining your prayer line.
Drop or mute disruptive callers.
You can drop or mute disruptive participants in a live conference using the Live Conference Manager.

After Your Conference

Email reports listing participants and details.
Post-conference email reports list each conference participant, showing their Caller ID, name, location, and time participated in the conference. If the conference was recorded, the email contain a link to access the recording panel, where you can download, play, or link to the audio recording, or configure the corresponding dial-in playback settings.
Enable dial-in recording playback.
You can allow dial-in playback to some or all of your conference recordings, so others can listen to the recording over the phone at their convenience.
Play, download, or link to recordings.
The recording panel allows you listen the recording through the web, download the audio file to your cloud or compute for editing or storage, or generate a link that you can send to others so that they can access the recording.
Listen to recorded names to identify callers.
You have the option to prompt callers to record their own name prior to joining the conference. These name recordings are available for 30 days in the Account Dashboard. These recordings can help you verify or assign the appropriate caller name to associate with the Caller ID, so that your email reports and live participant panel displays the correct caller name.
Assign reference labels to each conference or uploaded recording.
The Account Dashboard allows you to assign a reference label for a conference call, which is displayed in your call history listing. You can also apply a label to each uploaded recording, so that you can manage your audio library, making it easier to identify the music or recordings to broadcast into your live conferences.
View and download call history.
Full details on your prayer line activity can be viewed or downloaded in the Account Dashboard. You can monitor attendance and download the list of callers who participate in your prayer line.
